2026-27 Telluride Winter Flight Schedule

Telluride Winter Flights: More Nonstop Routes for the 2026–27 Ski Season

Getting to Telluride is Easier Than Ever

The winter flight schedule is nearly set, with 14 nonstop flights from 12 major hubs on five airlines serving the Telluride region this season.

Here’s what to know about nonstop flights to Telluride and Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) for the 2026–27 winter season:
  • United Airlines: Daily nonstop service from Chicago (ORD) will continue throughout the winter. United will also add more mainline jets on the Denver (DEN)–Montrose route and resume five weekly flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Montrose.
  • Southwest Airlines: Four weekly flights from Austin (AUS) are scheduled for March, and the airline will bring back its successful Nashville (BNA) route.
  • Breeze Airways: Nonstop service from John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California (SNA), to Montrose will pause for the winter season.
  • Denver Air Connection: Flights from Phoenix (PHX) to Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) will operate Thursdays and Sundays, compared with daily service last winter.
With more nonstop connections from major cities, planning a winter getaway or ski trip to Telluride is becoming more convenient. Whether you’re visiting for a few days on the slopes or an extended stay in the San Juan Mountains, knowing your flight options can make getting here that much easier.
For those considering a longer stay or a second home, convenient air access is another advantage of owning property in the Telluride area.
