Mountain Village Design Review Passes Four Seasons Hotel Application

The Mountain Village Design Review Board has approved and recommended the third required application for the Lot 161 CR Hotel Site Specific Planned Unit Development process to Town Council. This project, which is expected to be a Four Seasons, has plans for 53 hotel rooms, 38 branded residences, 29 condominiums and 10 employee apartments. It also includes food and beverage spaces, a ballroom, spa and retail shops. 

The board also approved a recommendation to Town Council to replat the properties into one 4.437-acre lot.
