Six Senses Hotel Project in Mountain Village

A recent article in the Telluride Daily Planet reported on plans to establish the first Six Senses Hotel in the United States, right here in Mountain Village. The hotel will be located on the North Village parking lot adjacent to the Westemere building.

The $285 million Six Senses project will offer a luxurious retreat featuring 24 residences and 77 hotel rooms, providing guests with exceptional accommodations and a singular wellness experience.
Some key details:
  • Timeline: The current goal is to break ground in Fall 2025 and open by December 2028.
  • Culinary Offerings: Lobby Bistro, Upscale Market, sixth-floor Italian and Omakase restaurants.
  • Sustainability: The project will feature LEED-certified buildings.
  • Luxury: A 10,000-square-foot spa.
  • 24 Residences & 77 Hotel Rooms: Residences range from $3.5M to $25M.
  • Affordable Housing: Approximately 15,000 square feet of dedicated employee housing will provide affordable accommodations for up to 68 workers.
The Six Senses Hotel is anticipated to elevate the Mountain Village experience for residents, visitors, and property owners alike.
