Telluride Affordable Housing Lottery Is Open
The Sunnyside project is nearing completion and applications to live there are now live! Located across from the valley floor next to Eider Creek, this project is just a short drive to town and offers scenic views and daily elk visits. Some lucky locals will be able to move in this summer after going through the lottery process with the town of Telluride.
The Sunnyside project features 30 units from tiny homes to condos and townhomes, ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. This project is key in helping our locals find housing and we’re so thrilled to see it come to fruition.
There is definitely going to be a lot of interest, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the guidelines/restrictions and know your AMI before applying! Check out the helpful chart below:
Interested in renting a Sunnyside unit? Click here for the lottery information basics and click here for the application. Applications will be accepted until noon on June 21, 2022. The lottery drawing will be held on June 30, 2022 at noon at Rebekah Hall.
